The main objective of the present investigation is to evaluate the analgesic activity of hydro-alcoholic extract of Acacia Senegal pod on mice. Analgesic activity of hydro-alcoholic extract of Acacia Senegal pod at a dose of 200 mg/Kg, 400 mg /Kg and 800 mg /Kg were evaluated against drug pentazocine at a dose of 17.5 mg/Kg.
