The present study is designed to review whether the combination therapy of Infliximab and Methotrexate is better than Methotrexate monotherapy. We have reviewed that combination therapy of TNF- Â inhibitors and Methotrexate in RA. How TNF-alpha inhibitors (Infliximab) and Methotrexate performed in randomized controlled trials when compared to Methotrexate in Methotrexate naive Rheumatoid Arthritis patients.
